Château de La Ferté Saint-Aubin
This château dates back tothe XVII century and is of exceptional beauty and surrounded by a 40 ha park.
The owner, Mr Guyot, offers visits of 15 furnished rooms, the cellar, and the loft. He also welcomes groups, and will organise school visits.

We suggest that you take the time to walk around our 6 villages on foot in order to appreciate all their charm :
Ardon, La Ferté Saint-Aubin, Ligny-le-Ribault, Marcilly-en-Villette, Ménesteau-en-Villette, Sennely
Each village and its surroundings expresses its own culture and Sologne traditions, such as the saint Michel quartier not far from the château de la Ferté St Aubin, where the traditional houses built of wattle and daub (low and without cellars) can be seen.

La Tuilerie de la Bretèche
Ligny-Le-Ribault
This is the last brick making factory still in activity.
It won the Label "A living heritage company"

Notre Dame des Trays Chapel
La Ferté Saint-Aubin
This sanctuary was built in the 19 th century and it is home to a painted wooden statue of the Virgin Mary. It is still a place of pilgrimage.
St Blaise Fountain
Marcilly-en-Villette
Its water was meant to heal sore throats, "passion" of the nape and neck and any other illness located in that part of the body.
St-Thibault Fountain
Ménestreau-en-Villette
A reproduction built in 1890 of a 15 th century monument that is located in the payground of Saint-Augustin high school in canterbury, England, The cross, on the top, is that of the ancien fountain found in the ruins.
People came to this fountain to be cured of Sologne fevers and measles.
